Description
This was the first cider I made back in the autumn of 2015. It was launched on the market in April 2016.
A very exciting time for me! This is blended with 4 different apple varieties from fresh pressed apples. It is a blend of Bramley, Elstar, Dabinette and Michellin. The Bramley gives the acidic backbone to this cider, the Elstar gives the signature flavour, teh Dabinette is for the tannic balance which softenes the acidicy and balances the flavour. Michellin gives the smoothness, almost like a vanilla flavour.
