Description
A classic dry (tannic) cider. No sweetness at all added. Just the cider and the wood.
Made with a single variety Dabinette apple and matured for 18 months in bourbon whiskey barrels. Very different to our ‘Dry Cider’ below as this is a tannic dry, (more akin to a red wine) The vanilla from the barrel brings in a perception of sweetness and the whiskey notes are prominent.
